For Appointment, Text
I'm a therapist based out of Greensboro NC that works virtually with people from all over the state. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to collaboratively help people identify and move towards the values that make them feel the most alive. Life doesn’t just happen to us – we can happen to life too. It’s important to learn that we hurt where we care and how to relate in a healthy way to the way we hurt. While I do not work with insurance companies, I can provide super bills for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I’d be happy to speak over the phone or through emails about any questions you may have. Best, Sean Moffitt
